Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup berries, diced apple, or sliced banana
  • 3 tablespoons chopped nuts or seeds

Steps

  1. Stir oats, milk, yogurt, chia, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Divide into three jars.
  3. Top each jar with fruit and nuts or seeds.
  4. Cover and chill overnight.

The base stays the same so breakfast stays easy. Change the fruit when you want variety.

  • Berry: add berries and pumpkin seeds.
  • Apple: add diced apple and walnuts.
  • Banana: add banana and peanut butter.
