Cinnamon Overnight Oats Three Ways
A simple overnight oats base with berry, apple, and banana variations.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup berries, diced apple, or sliced banana
- 3 tablespoons chopped nuts or seeds
Steps
- Stir oats, milk, yogurt, chia, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Divide into three jars.
- Top each jar with fruit and nuts or seeds.
- Cover and chill overnight.
The base stays the same so breakfast stays easy. Change the fruit when you want variety.
Serving Ideas
- Berry: add berries and pumpkin seeds.
- Apple: add diced apple and walnuts.
- Banana: add banana and peanut butter.
