How to Eat More Fiber Without Overthinking It
Small ways to add fiber-rich foods to meals you already eat.
Fiber does not need a dramatic plan. It can show up through ordinary foods: oats, beans, lentils, vegetables, fruit, whole grains, seeds, and nuts.
Start by adding, not overhauling. Add berries to breakfast. Add beans to soup. Add vegetables to a wrap. Add seeds to yogurt. Add a side of fruit to a snack plate.
If your current meals are low in fiber, increase gradually and drink water. A steady shift is usually easier to repeat than a sudden kitchen revolution.
