Healthy Meals When You Do Not Want to Cook
No-cook and low-cook meal ideas for tired days.
Some days are not cooking days. That does not mean the only options are chaos or takeout.
Try a no-cook plate: Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, fruit, nuts, and whole-grain toast. Try a wrap: hummus, greens, beans, cucumber, and feta. Try a pantry bowl: microwave grain, canned beans, salsa, avocado, and greens.
The trick is to define a meal loosely enough that it can happen even when energy is low.
