Busy days need fewer decisions. The simple plate formula is a shortcut: color, protein, fiber, flavor.
Color might be greens, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, berries, or herbs. Protein might be eggs, beans, chicken, fish, tofu, or yogurt. Fiber might be oats, quinoa, potatoes, beans, or vegetables. Flavor might be lemon, salsa, hummus, olive oil, herbs, or a favorite sauce.
Use the formula as a prompt, not a rule. The more repeatable it feels, the more useful it becomes.
