Keep a few proteins: beans, lentils, tuna, eggs, tofu, or yogurt. Keep a few bases: oats, rice, quinoa, pasta, potatoes, or wraps. Keep flavor: salsa, lemon, herbs, olive oil, vinegar, hummus, or tomato sauce.
When the pantry has structure, dinner can start before motivation arrives.
